Given we were living overseas at the time we panicked when we learned that absolutely everything needed to be arranged by us! Amy was recommended by the party hire company and saved the day! She arranged the menu, complete with unique ideas such an mini gelatos for dessert, the drinks, the decorations, the furniture and everything else required to make our day beautiful. My only complaint is she couldn't make the sun shine for us! We came in right on budget without skimping on appearances.
