WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGES

PREMIUM WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE

This package is for couples who would like to do all the planning and organising themselves but need assistance with bringing it all together and would like to hand over the final planning process to an experienced wedding planner so that they can focus on things more important to them.   We help in the lead up and ensure all aspects of your wedding are covered as well as create a wedding day schedule and ensure that your wedding goes to plan on the day.

Includes:

·         3 Face to face meetings with your wedding coordinator

·         Unlimited phone and email contact

·         Liaise with all suppliers and coordinate their schedule for on the day of your wedding

·         Source any last minute wedding suppliers and wedding products as required

·         Develop your wedding day run-schedule and distribute to all wedding suppliers for confirmation

·         Attend your wedding rehearsal

·         Attend, supervise, liaise with suppliers and oversee the set-up of your wedding through until the commencement of your wedding reception : 6hrs

ELITE WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE

You have found the venue and have an idea of the things you like, perhaps you have a ‘Pinterest’ board or have begun to cut clippings from magazines but don’t know where to start and would like assistance in the planning process and enlisting the right suppliers to deliver on your vision as well as having someone there to answer all your wedding questions, create a run-schedule and oversee the set-up of your wedding then this would be the package for you.

·         Unlimited phone and email contact

·         Source wedding suppliers, products and services for all aspects of your wedding day as per the vision you have for your wedding day

·         Liaise with suppliers to arrange payment of deposits for products and services of enlisted suppliers

·         Monitor and keep up-to date with regards to the cost of your wedding and your budget

This package is it.! Every aspect you can think of related to your wedding is covered here.  Perfect for a busy couple who would like to have a professional create their dream wedding day.  We manage every step of the way and start by creating a wedding concept or story board for your wedding based on a detailed discussion.  We look for venues that reflect the style of wedding you would like and present options that reflect your vision and work within your budget.  We then obtain quotes, deal with all suppliers and make arrangements on your behalf for the details pertaining to your wedding.  For suppliers that you may like to select personally such as photographers or celebrants we can provide options based on your brief and arrange a time for you to meet with them before we locking in their services and become their point of contact upon confirming their services.

As per Package 2 (with changes in bold)

·         Creating the style and concept for your wedding including; invitations, stationery, linen, colour scheme, flowers, lighting and AV, furniture, decor, flowers and room styling

·         Arrange the ‘first nights’ accommodation for the bride and groom (if required)
