A Helping Hand

Should you simply need advice or wish to outsource some elements of organising your wedding we offer a consulting and as required service.  Our years of experience and passion for creating memorable and unique weddings will ensure a smooth planning process.

Rate: $115 per hr 

Wedding Coordination

If you want to do all the planning and organsiing we offer consultation and advice with all elements of organising your special day.  We can assist you with information, ideas and supplier contacts as well as staff to set-up, serve and pack-down.  We can also liaise with suppliers and place orders on your behalf for basic wedding hire and decor.

Wedding Decor and Styling

This can be one of the most time consuming elements of planning your wedding, yet very important to ensure the look you are after is created.  We work with you to develop your concept, create story boards (source item based on style, theme, colour, era), obtain quotes, liaise with suppliers, suggest decor items, develop a floor plan.  Decor relates to things used to decorate and style the space and can include draping, flowers, lighting; candles, feature lighting, plants as well as table centerpieces and furniture (vintage, retro, classical, modern etc).  The way you style your reception venue reflects as a couple the atmosphere you wish to create for your guests.

Complete Wedding Management

If you would like someone to manage and co-ordinate your wedding according to your requirements and budget then this is the package for you. Includes: venue management . styling & decor . catering requirements . set-up . rehearsals . budgeting . unlimited consultation . coordination on wedding day.

The Day of The Wedding

Should you wish to have an experienced coordinator on hand on the day of your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan. Includes liaising with suppliers on the day; venue/ caterers, ensuring a smooth and beautiful weddings day.  Being on hand to assist with anything that happens or needs to be done.  Coordinating staff and suppliers.

$500 for half day (5hrs) and $1,100 for a full day (10hrs) (includes an initial meeting to discuss the days proceedings and create the wedding day run-sheet) 

Customised Wedding Package

Should you already have organised aspects of your wedding day yet still need assistance with others then this option is for you.  Based on your needs we can customise a package that allows us to assist you with as much or as little as you require. Choose from: Catering . Decor . Transport . Photographer . Videographer . Cake . Flowers . Accommodation . Cars . Reception Venue . Ceremony Venue . Marquee . Invitations . Guest List Management . Table Centrepieces . Bomanaries . Entertainment . Lighting and AV . Theming . Tailored Sourcing; managing sourcing specific items such as antique furniture to hire .
