"As the “beneficiary” of the event I was keen to ensure that all the guests were well fed and had sufficient beverages, non-alcoholic or other. Cloud 9 certainly provided a high quality service of which you should be justifiably proud. The menu planning was spot-on as was the quality and quantity of the food provided. One aspect that really struck me was that we had pre-arranged timings for service of the various courses, and Cloud 9 was particularly punctual in the delivery. The clean up at the conclusion of the event was carried out quietly, almost seamlessly and with little impact on the remaining guests. All in all, Amy, a five star service.
