The right venue can enhance your event; selecting a venue space that is too large for the number of guests you have attending or one that does not fit with the decor that you intended to style the space with can result in a mis-matched look. We can assist you in finding an amazing venue in Sydney, Northern Beaches, Blue Mountains or Eastern Suburbs that fits with the style of your celebration. With our extensive knowledge we can assist you in finding the one that best fits with your requirements and budget. How it works: we charge a fee for providing a range of venue options that meet your brief. From there we can arrange a time for you to view the venues that you think are most suited to your wedding and will also assist you with booking the venue space. Fees: Our consulting fee is $110 per hour and venue sourcing will generally cost between $220 and $880 depending on the specifics of your requirements. This fee is reduced if you would like us to also cater for your event. If you are interested in our services there are a few questions that we ask in order to build your brief: 1. Do you have a particular style in mind – modern, vintage, French chic, beach inspired, formal elegant etc 2. What is your budget for spend on the venue..? 3. What is your overall budget for the entire event..? 4. What menu style are you interested in – formal sit-down or canapé..? 5. How many guests are you inviting..? 6. Do you require views..? (water, national park, harbour bridge..?) 7. What time of the day will you be wanting your event to take place..? 8. What time would you like food service to start..? 9. Do you require and audio visual services - projectors, TV screens etc..? 10. If you have a theme for your event, what is it..? 11. What location or radius do you require the venue to be in..? 12. Do you require wheelchair accessibility..? 13. Will you be bringing in anything to set-up the room..? 14. Any cultural considerations that you need us to take into consideration..? 15. Do you have any special requests..? 16. Do you require information regarding photographers, florists, transport, accommodation, MC, entertainment..? With this information we can work out the best options for your event..! |
