ON THE DAY COORDINATION

Many couples like to personally create their wedding day however, when it comes to the actual day they would like to relax and enjoy it without the worry of enlisting the help of family or friends to make sure everything goes to plan.  We come in and take care of the details and become the point of contact for everyone to ensure your day is beautiful, seamless and stress free. Your dedicated wedding coordinator will meet with you to go over all the details of your Wedding day, the suppliers you have enlisted and assist with any last minute preparations.

PERSONAL WEDDING CONSULTATION

This service is perfect for the DIY bride and groom who are planning all the details themselves. If you want to make sure that you are on the right track and haven't forgotten anything, or if you need some guidance in regards to styling or specific suppliers for your Wedding, this service is for you.

What is the difference between Planning and Styling?

Planning and styling are both integral parts to the success and cohesive, seamless delivery of your celebration.

Styling related to the selection and coordination of all of the visual elements that make up your event. We design or work with your inspiration images to present your personal wedding style, the vibe, the look and feel and how this will be carried across all aspects of your wedding. Some examples of styling elements include; your arbour, tables, chairs, cocktail furniture, bar, flowers, wedding day stationery, signage, tablecloths and napkins, candles, lighting and so much more.

We source everything needed to transform your venue (this includes using furniture and pieces from within our collection if they suit the style of your wedding, you are given VIP first access to our collection). We create your personalised mood board and detailed wedding style guide for you. We liaise with all suppliers and are the point of contact on the day. The service includes full set-up and styling on the day of your wedding including staff as well as the coordination of pack down.

Event planning relates more to the suppliers you need both in the lead-up to and on the day of your wedding. Event planning elements often involve people and booking in advance to ensure you have all aspects covered. We work with you understand your vision, define your wedding style and source/ suggest vendors that are the right fit for your wedding. Planning elements can include; venue, celebrant, photographer, videographer, pyrotechnics, marquee, caterer, food and beverage service staff, cake, hair and make up, spray tan, invitations, emcee, entertainment, performers, bridal party transport, guest transport, boat transfers and guest accommodation.
