So what do we do..?

We can provide a complete event coordination service or you can select the elements that you require our assistance with - our service is tailored and flexible. We work with our clients on every detail of their celebration to ensure everything is thought of and nothing is left to chance. We offer complete event management and co-ordination services to bring together every element of your event including tailored catering : menu + beverage design, venue sourcing, staffing, logistics, theming, decor, styling, props, entertainment, transport, accommodation and more. We specialise in working with blank canvas venues and locations where everything or almost everything is customisable; such as surf clubs, yacht clubs, barns, marquees, office buildings, showrooms and warehouse spaces. 

Corporate Events such as Award Celebrations, Gala Dinners, Product Launches, Staff Incentive Days, Conferences and Christmas Parties. Themed Celebrations with the option of your menu + beverages also themed (such as Thanksgiving, Oktoberfest, era's in time, countries, movies)

Weddings + Engagements

For some clients we just fill in the gaps; if you already have a caterer but need service staff or a stylist we provide that. If you have everything sorted but need a cocktail bar tender or fireworks we arrange that. If you need furniture or someone to set-up your event we can organise that for you also.
